Congo Terminal launches 2026 with ‘Win Together’ focus

In early January, Congo Terminal’s Human Resources department set the tone for 2026 with a team-building day branded “Win Together.” The initiative framed the new year as a period dedicated to cohesion, shared engagement and a more connected workplace.

The company presented the day as a practical way to strengthen a culture of excellence while reinforcing social ties inside teams. It was also described as part of a broader commitment to employee well-being, skills development and a harmonious, motivating working environment (Journal de Brazza).

Team-building activities designed to build trust and creativity

The session was led by Precy Dongui, identified as a certified coach with RNSP and IRC credentials. Participants moved through reflection workshops as well as playful, interactive cohesion activities, with an emphasis on collaboration and creativity across teams (Journal de Brazza).

Dongui argued that the value of such days goes beyond relaxation. “The team building is not only a moment of leisure, it is a real lever to develop team spirit, communication and trust between colleagues,” he said, adding that each activity is designed to highlight individual potential and encourage an inclusive, collaborative workplace (Journal de Brazza).

HR leadership links cohesion to 2026 targets and priorities

Aristide Ndjawe, Congo Terminal’s Human Resources Director, used the gathering to align teams behind the company’s vision for 2026. He described it as a rare opportunity to strengthen cohesion while discussing operational priorities, areas for improvement and quantified objectives (Journal de Brazza).

“This day is a unique opportunity to strengthen our cohesion and to share together our vision for 2026, notably the areas of intervention, the expected improvements and our quantified objectives. Together, we can exceed our limits,” Ndjawe said (Journal de Brazza).

A symbolic closing that underlines collective commitment

The day ended with a group photo and enthusiastic chants of “Win Together!” which the organizers presented as a symbol of unity and collective motivation. The company framed the closing as a sign of employees’ commitment to continue moving forward together on the Group’s projects (Journal de Brazza).

In the Congolese corporate landscape, such events are often used to translate internal strategy into shared habits and daily behaviors. For Congo Terminal, the message was straightforward: performance and workplace culture are treated as complementary, built through collaboration and steady engagement over time (Journal de Brazza).
